  1. Welcome Drinks, Goodbye Dim Sum, & Clearly More Transportation

It’s technically Thursday, but we’re still awake, so does that mean there are four days left or three? Either way, omg omg omg.

    Some more updates for you:

    Welcome Drinks

If you’re in town Saturday night (October 21st, come join us at Bayberry Beer Hall (381 W Fountain St, Providence, RI) from 7-10PM. It might be busy but we have a table reserved for us in the back corner, and hopefully we can take over more space as needed. They serve food if you need nom noms.

Transportation to the Ceremony at Meehan

For guests not driving, please use our Lyft promo code MEEHAN4PM to get to Camp Meehan. Again, we strongly encourage you to share your ride with other guests!

We will be providing another code at Meehan that will get you to the German Club. Keep an eye out for it on a sign inside the venue.

    Goodbye Dim Sum

As you head out of Providence, we'd love for you to join us for dim sum at noon on Monday, Oct 23, at Silver Crystal (289 Cowesett Ave #1, West Warwick, RI). Note that this spot is a bit south of the city and is approximately a $20 Lyft ride for those who aren't driving. Rhode Islanders will tell you it’s “far”, but don’t believe them.

So excited to see you all!

  2. Registry and Transportation

We're closing in on the two-week mark, and we have a couple updates for you.

First: Many of you have asked about our registry, and we're happy to announce that we've finally put one together. We decided we didn't need more stuff to squeeze into our tiny Brooklyn apartment, so instead we're asking people to help us fund our honeymoon next spring. You can contribute at zola.com/registry/ourdumbwedding. We don't know where we're going yet, but we're open to suggestions!

Second: Thanks to those of you who reached out about transportation between venues. We've decided that instead of offering a shuttle service, we're going to set up a discount with Lyft so people can get around at their own pace. We'll have more details on that closer to the date, so keep your eyes peeled for another update.

Finally: We suspect there are a few guests who haven't received updates from us. If you have a friend, relative, or partner who you know is coming but you think they may be out of the loop, can you send them a link to this site?

Thanks, and we’ll see you in two weeks!

  3. One Month Away!

It's one month before our big day so we wanted to post a quick note:

First, please RSVP if you haven't already. The RSVP code should be in the invitation you received in the mail. If you haven't received an invitation yet, please let us know.

Secondly, we've been pondering how people will get around between the hotels, ceremony, and reception. If you've already figured this out for yourself, disregard this note because you're already one step ahead of us. But if you think you'll need some help getting around, please email us as soon as possible so we can see about organizing something.

Lastly, have a look at the pages for travel info (such as hotel blocks) and suggested things to do around Providence while you're there. And note that while the registry page is still not updated (another thing we have to figure out), we'll keep you posted once it is.

That's all for now. Looking forward to seeing you all on October 22nd!
